OC: Poetry as inspiration
Oct. 14th, 2008 08:16 pmI picked up a book of poems by one of my favorite poets, Robert Service, today, just for something to read. Lo and behold, it turned out to be just the sort of thing for inspiration for Dimo. I can see him very easily relating to the rugged men of the Alaskan gold rush in Service's poems. These two I found particularly relevant to character development for Dimo:
